with Shell/Equilon Oil Company U.S. allows us to market,
manufacture and distribute Quality Shell branded automotive
products. TeamTBA® has been supplying Shell Companies,
Distributors, and Service Stations throughout the United
States for over 15 years. Our Shell Customers have identified
with the significant image that a Shell branded product
has to offer. Shell additives are designed to work in
conjunction with Shell lubricants and fuel.

June of 1998 TeamTBA® acquired the Atlas Supply
Company including the trademark. Atlas Supply
was established in 1929 by John D. Rockerfeller's
Standard Oil Company of New Jersey. For most of
its 70 years in existence, Atlas Supply Company
was owned by four oil companies including Amoco
Oil, Chevron Corp. BP America and Exxon. Our quality
Atlas branded products include Batteries, a full
line of Filters, Wiper Blades, Oil, Antifreeze,
Windshield Wash products, Power Steering Fluid,
